Terms & Conditions

• Timings will be scheduled based on the availability of both the student and the tutor.

• All courses will be conducted exclusively on the Microsoft Teams and OneNote platforms.

• Soft copies of study materials, where applicable, will be provided via OneNote.

• Course fees are non-freezable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

• Fees are valid only for the assigned duration; outstanding classes cannot be carried forward.

• For private sessions, students must join within the first 15 minutes; otherwise, the class will be considered rendered.

• Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 12 hours' notice to the tutor.

• In group sessions, students must inform the Coordinator at least 12 hours prior for recorded sessions.

• Certificates of Completion will be provided as applicable.

• TLH is not liable for non-performance due to irregular attendance or self-study requirements.

• Transaction fees and taxes apply.

• Schedule changes during the course are subject to tutor availability.

• Fees must be cleared at least 12 hours before class; otherwise, the class will not be confirmed.

• Course curriculum may vary based on teacher and student requirements.

• Late student arrivals will not result in extension of class duration.
